Welcome to Summer at Rivermont – Preschool
Summer at Rivermont – Preschool offers weekly morning, afternoon, and full-day camps for children as young as 2 through rising Kindergartners (Pull-ups required).
Schedule
Camps are held weekly from June 12 through July 28, 2023. Note: week 4 is a 3-day week due to the July Fourth holiday.
Cost
- Morning Camps, 8:30-11:30 a.m. – $150 per week
- Week 4 (Wednesday through Friday) – $90
- Afternoon Camps, 12:30-3:30 p.m. $150 per week
- Week 4 (Wednesday through Friday) – $90
- Full-day, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – $250 per week
- Week 4 (Wednesday through Friday) – $150
Confirmation Policy
Registration and payment is completed online. Once payment is collected, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the dates and times you selected. If a session is full, you can be added to a waitlist without charge for that session. NOTE: Some classes may require students to bring supplies in addition to what is provided by the school. These additional supplies are listed in the camp description. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch with the Summer Camp Director.
Cancellation Policy
Summer at Rivermont sessions are non-refundable except in the event the class is canceled. Sessions may be canceled or combined if minimum enrollment is not met.
Health Guidelines
- Children should be kept home if they have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher.
- A child who develops a fever while at summer camp will be sent home.
- Children should not return until they are fever-free without using fever-reducing medications for 24 hours.
- Any child who is ill should not come to summer camp.
- Refunds will not be given due to illness.
- Regular hand washing and sanitizing will be observed.
Drop-Off: Please do not arrive before the scheduled drop-off time.
- Morning and Full-Day Sessions: 8:15-8:30 a.m.
- Afternoon Session: 12:15-12:30 p.m.
Pick-Up: On-time pick-up is expected. Habitual lateness at pick up may result in additional fees or dismissal from the program.
- Morning Session: 11:30 a.m.
- Afternoon and Full-Day Sessions: 3:30 p.m.
Parents should enter campus and proceed to the lower lot behind Becherer Hall to drop off and pick up their children. Students will await pick up in the preschool classrooms and/or the playground area.
